These Terms govern your use of the DUID app ("App"). By creating an account or continuing to use the App, you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use DUID. If you do not agree to these Terms, stop using the App and delete your account if applicable.
2. The DUID service
DUID helps you log transactions, manage budgets, view financial scores, goals, rewards, and spending summaries. Features may change over time. DUID is a personal tracking tool, not a bank, financial adviser, or investment firm.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate registration details. You may sign out or request account deletion by contacting us at infoduidapp@gmail.com.
4. Not financial advice
Figures, scores, insights, recaps, and copy in DUID are informational and educational. We do not guarantee exchange-rate accuracy, forecasts, or recommendations. Financial decisions remain your responsibility. Verify important information independently.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use DUID for unlawful activity. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms.
6. Data & sync
Your financial data may be stored on your device and, when you sign in with a cloud account, synced to secure third-party infrastructure (e.g. Supabase). You own the data you enter; we process it to operate App features.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is available in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
