This Policy explains how DUID ("we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.
1. Overview
We collect information you provide (name, email, transactions, budgets, goals) and minimal technical data needed for the App to work. We do not sell your personal data.
2. Information we collect
Account data: display name, email, language and currency preferences. Financial data you enter: transactions, budgets, goals, rewards progress, and pay-cycle settings. Usage data: streaks, daily journal entries, and feature interactions. Technical data: basic device/session information required for authentication and sync.
3. How we use information
We use data to show balances, scores, recaps, insights, sync across devices, and improve App stability. We do not use your data for third-party targeted advertising.
4. Storage & sync
Data is stored locally on your device and, when signed in, in a cloud database hosted by infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase). Exchange rates are shown using public reference sources and may be cached on device.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that help run the App (hosting, authentication, password-reset email) only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Security
We apply reasonable industry practices, including account authentication and restricted cloud access. No system is 100% secure, use a strong password and keep your device safe.
7. Your rights
You can update your profile in the App, change preferences, or request help deleting account/data by contacting infoduidapp@gmail.com. You may stop using the App at any time.
8. Children
DUID is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided data without parental consent, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Policy changes
This Policy may be updated. The "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. The latest version is always available in the App.
